Commenting Policy

Our mission is to clear up misperceptions surrounding high fructose corn syrup by presenting science-based facts and resources so that you can make informed decisions.

We are not here to present HFCS as a health food or even to  increase consumption of high fructose corn syrup.  As noted by David S. Ludwig, M.D., Ph.D., Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Harvard Medical School, “High fructose corn syrup is one of the most misunderstood products in the food supply.”
